In most cases, VIP memberships are activated at once. If you find that it is not activated after 15 min. please contact our customer service.
There may be various reasons for your VIP has ended, such as payment problems. Please use the contact form to provide us with further information, and we will have a closer look at your VIP membership to find out what has happened.
If you have got a new credit card, click on Payment. Here you need to click on the red delete button on the right side to delete your current credit card. Then you can either choose to buy a new VIP membership by paying with the new credit card (your current membership will then be extended by the period you buy) or you can wait to buy a new VIP membership with the new credit card when your current VIP has expired or is about to expire.
Credit card: This problem may occur because of errors entering the credit card information and/or name of the cardholder. If we are not able to charge your credit card, it will also fail.
I am being charged for a VIP membership. If you have not registered for this yourself, please contact us as soon as possible. Please fill in the contact form with additional information about the charge and we will investigate the matter.
If you wish to cancel your VIP membership, click on VIP at the top of the menu on the right and then on "Cancel subscription". Please note that there is no refund for payments you already made. If you cancel your VIP membership, you will still remain a VIP member for the number of days you already paid for.
You can use your tokens to participate in the draws on the many prizes on Playtopia.com. Under Prizes you can see a list of the prizes that will be drawn during the following days. You can see when the draw takes place, and how many tokens you must provide for each ticket. The more tickets the better your chances of winning.
You have the option to cancel your purchase of tickets before the draw and get your tokens back. This is done under prizes by clicking on the "Tickets" icon to the right of the prize you have purchased tickets for and then "Reset".
If you are the lucky winner of one of our prizes, you will be sent a message. In the message, click the blue "Enter your info here" link at the bottom, then enter your address information and submit at the bottom. It is very important that you enter the information correctly.
If you have won one of our prizes, and have not yet received it, please contact our customer service. We will take a closer look at the matter and contact you as soon as possible. Please note that it may take up to a month before you receive the prize.
We recommend that you use the latest versions of either Google Chrome, Edge, Opera. If you experience problems with a browser, please try another browser to see if this solves your problem.
We also recommend that you activate cookies in your browser and delete cookies and history in your browser.
It is also a good idea to restart your computer or device every day.
Immediately after creating your profile, you can edit your username on the profile page. This option disappears after 5 minutes.
If you are sure that you would like to delete your profile, you can do so in Settings in the menu on the right. Then click on "Delete profile" at the bottom of the page. Note: remaining VIP days will be lost.
We recommend using a password that is not easy for others to guess. It's a good idea to use both numbers and letters. Your password must be at least 8 characters.
If you want to change your password, click on Edit profile in the menu on the right. Here, click the edit button with the pencil icon next to your password to change it.
Your information can be changed under Edit profile in the menu on the right. Remember that it is only possible to have one username per email address. Therefore, you can not register an email address that is already registered in our database under a different username.
All gallery images are placed in an image filter until Playtopia has reviewed them. If your gallery image is not yet visible, it may be because it has not been reviewed by Playtopia yet.
Your image may have been deleted because it does not comply with the rules. You can read about our image rules in our Terms, conditions and data policy.
A user will be added to your friends list when they have approved your request.
If you block a user, they cannot see your profile or send you messages. The blocking applies both ways. You can add a user to your block list directly in the chat by clicking on their username and then on "Block", you can go to the user's profile and click on "Block user", or you can go to your Blocked users list in menu on the right and add the username there. To remove a user from the list, click on the red trash can that appears on the blocked profile.
You can ignore a user if you don't want to see what they write in a chat room. To do so, simply click on the username in the chat and select "Ignore". As soon as you completely close the game, the "Ignore" function will no longer be active.
You can report a user if you believe they do not comply with the Playtopia.com rules. You can report a user either by clicking on their username in the chat and then clicking on "Report" or you can visit their profile and click on "Report" on the right side. Here you can write a review and attach screenshots of the conversation or pictures.
To get all the data we have about you, click on Settings and then "Request personal data".

Rating and tokens
By playing our games at Playtopia.com you earn tokens. The tokens can then be used to win prizes in the lottery or to participate in tournaments. You can have no more than 2 billion tokens in your token account.
Shared prizes are tokens that you get every time one of your friends on your friends list wins a trophy, medal or badge. Your friends still get their full amount of tokens in winnings, and be pleased to know that you also get a bonus in the form of tokens. The shared prizes only live for 14 days, so you must remember to get them paid out before they are deleted.
If your tokens have disappeared, it's a good idea to check if you have bought any tickets for prizes. If you have and the prize has not been drawn yet, you can still cancel the purchase of tickets by clicking on the purchase icon and selecting the negative amount corresponding to the purchased tickets. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service and we will investigate the matter.
The earned tokens are usually registered to the token account immediately, but sometimes there may be a delay in the registration. If the tokens are not registered in your profile after two hours, feel free to contact our customer service.
The amount of rating that you win or lose in a game depends on how much rating your adversary has in that game. For instance, if you play against a user, whose rating is significantly higher than your own, you will win many rating points if you win the game. Accordingly, you only lose few rating points if you lose the game. However, if you are the one with high rating, you may lose a lot of points when losing to a user with much less rating than yourself. We have created this system to keep multiplayer games interesting for everybody, no matter how much or how little rating they have.
