Regarding membership for Playtopia.com
Playtopia.com (Superpog ApS) is a membership club that ensures members access to all games, benefits and functions on our site. All VIP benefits can be seen on the VIP page on our site. Your membership at Playtopia.com is an ongoing subscription. All payments at Playtopia.com are made by payment card or other known forms of payment, such as, but not limited to (Visa card, Mastercard, bank transfer). All payment fees are defrayed by Superpog ApS (except eventual fees for bank transfer) and are thus included in the stated membership prices. You have access to see your previous payments and orders when you log in via the login icon in the top right corner and then go to the VIP page at Playtopia.com.
Only private individuals who have reached the age of 18 can become members.
All services are purchased by Superpog ApS, Porsvej 2, 9000 Aalborg, Denmark. (CVR No.: 41 95 38 29). Payments are made by Reepay A/S with Altapay as card acquirer..
Acceptance of terms & conditions for subscription
When you accept the applicable terms & conditions for subscription at Playtopia.com, you accept that Playtopia.com (Superpog ApS) charges the stated amount for membership periodically until you choose to cancel your subscription.
You will receive a receipt by e-mail with your first purchase, and you will also receive an e-mail 4 days before your next charge is made.
Termination of membership and minimum contract period
You can cancel your membership at any time, and the subscription will then terminate at the end of the period paid for.
To cancel your membership, log in via the login icon at the top right corner and then click on the VIP page. On the VIP page, click on the button: "Cancel". You can also always contact our customer service. If you cancel your membership, you will still have access to your membership until it expires. After a membership has been terminated, no further charges will be made to your account, unless you choose to reactivate your membership yourself.
Responsibility and liability
Your registration at Playtopia.com is binding from the moment you purchase VIP access, thereby putting your membership into use. As a member of Playtopia.com, you are obliged to pay for your entire membership period and subsequent subscription cancellations, until you cancel your subscription/membership yourself.
Procedure for subscription payment
Your membership of Playtopia.com is automatically renewed, so that you always have access.
You can always revoke your permission for us to charge an amount from your account in the future. If you discover one or more charges that you have not authorized, you can object to your card provider no later than 8 weeks after the charge (unless otherwise stated in your agreement with your card provider).
Right of revocation
A statutory right of revocation of 14 days is attached to your subscription. In practice, this means that your revocation period expires 14 days after the agreement was concluded. Your subscription is activated when you complete an order for VIP membership at Playtopia.com. Your right of revocation only applies from the day the agreement was concluded, and not from the current subscription payment.
If you wish to revoke your subscription, you must notify us within 14 days of entering into the agreement. The notification can be given to us via email. In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of revocation. However, your right of revocation is waived if you have used the VIP benefits within the first 14 days. For instance if you have played a VIP game, or received virtual currency as part of your subscription benefits - or other VIP benefits that can be found on the VIP page.
Refund of subscription payment
If you revoke your subscription in time, we will refund the amount paid to you without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to revoke this agreement. We carry out such a refund with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
