More advantages for VIP members

From now on there are more advantages to being a VIP member.

Non-VIP members have now limited options in messages, guestbook entries and gifts.

If you are not a VIP member, you can only:

- send 5 messages per week.

- write 5 guestbook entries/responses per week

- send 2 gifts a week
